Boston Digital is a tech incubator based in Hertford and is involved in the development of a number of exciting and innovative tech products, ranging from GPS location sharing apps to anti-credit card fraud software.
We’re currently recruiting for a part-time Customer Service assistant to support the team through a period of growth.
This is an opportunity to work with a diverse and experienced group of people including an ex CEO of Google Shopping & an ex Director of 3G.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of consumer support requests via multiple channels such as phone, email etc.
- Liaise with other areas of business to provide real-time customer feedback
- Perform hands-on product testing
- Additional administrative tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Competent in Microsoft Office products including word and excel
- Strong communication skills
- Quick learner and team player
- An interest in everything technical is a plus
Experience is not essential as full training will be given.
